The Bridge Health Collective

The Bridge Health Collective was founded with a clear mission: to close the gap between screening and care in perinatal mental health by connecting families with the right providers at the right time. Supporting better access to care made this project especially meaningful to work on. I developed a logo and foundational brand identity focused on simplicity, connection, and trust. The mark is built around a minimal geometric bridge form that, when rotated, subtly resembles a “B,” referencing the organization’s name while reinforcing the idea of connection between families and care providers. Paired with a gender-neutral color palette, modern typography, and a repeatable pattern derived from the mark, the identity creates a calm, contemporary system that reflects the organization’s mission while helping the brand stand out in the industry.
